Filika Group reserves the right to create accounts for technical support personnel, as well as modify, or delete any accounts. Photographs and Other Original Works
All photographs uploaded by members of this web site are personal property of those members. You must ask permission before using those photographs in any way, shape or form. Furthermore, any text written by members, or guests, of this web site should be considered the property of those members or guests. Unauthorized use of the aforementioned content is strictly prohibited.
Sending Messages (Sending Pages to Friends)
You are given the option to send any page from the Filika Group web site to any person with an E-Mail address. By doing so you agree that you will not send information that is considered inappropriate by the receiving party. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of harsh language, profanity, racist or sexist remarks. You may not address messages to persons who do not wish to receive them, this includes the practice known as Spamming.
In an event that we receive a complaint about a message that you have sent, your ISP will be contacted and the message, in it's whole, will be forwarded to them. Depending on the situation, we may file a legal complaint to a law enforcement agency.
Leaving Comments or Suggestions
By leaving comments or suggestions you agree that the material you provide is appropriate for the general public. You may not use harsh language, profanity, racist or sexist remarks, or any other text or graphical means of inflicting damage. You also agree that your name will be displayed, as you enter it, on the internet. It will not be secured or hidden in any way. Your E-Mail will be protected.

Submitting Critique
All registered members are allowed to submit critiques for any photographs they have access to. By submitting critique you agree to keep the content of the critique appropriate. You also agree that such content is relevant to the photograph. You understand that a teacher or an administrator may view the content of the critique. Any observer accounts tied to the account of the photograph owner may also view the submitted critique.
We reserve the right to censor, edit, or remove any critique submitted.
Submitting Photographs, Documents, or any other Materials
When submitting materials you agree that those materials will be stored on our server. We will make our best effort to secure the information submitted.
Furthermore, you agree that the materials you submit are not plagiarized. To plagiarize, as defined by pages 30-31 of your daily planner, means using another person's idea, expression, or words without giving the original author credit. Your school's measures of discipline apply!
SUBMISSION OF PORNOGRAPHIC MATERIAL WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE ACCOUNT REMOVAL, AN "F" IN THE COURSE, AND/OR SUSPENSION (WAC 180:40). YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
